What kind of research questions can you ask?
Quantitative research
Quant will give you numerical data to describe and measure feedback. Quantitative questions are close-ended, objective and will give you specific answers that make comparison easy, at scale. Some examples are - NPS (net promoter score), Likert scale, and multiple or single choice questions.
Qualitative research
Qual will give you non-numerical data. Qualitative questions are open-ended and provide the opportunity for subjective perspectives to be shared by participants that create narratives. Either TRACKING, INNOVATION or RETAIL research is chosen. The Brand Jar team will help to craft questions that will not only get you the answers your brand needs, but will be optimised to work perfectly with WhatsApp, SMS or email. Survey(s) are built from the questions sets and thoroughly tested.

A group of participants are selected from Brand Jar's panel of over 35,000 people. The people will be chosen to represent your brand's specific customer profile. The participants are fully onboarded with the expectations and requirements of the research clearly outlined.

Surveys are distributed to participants via WhatsApp. Each participant receives an invitation to begin the survey. Once accepted the first question is sent and a response from the participant triggers the next question, and so on, until the survey is complete. The brand can see participant responses in real time in the Brand Jar platform.
