1. Participant selection

Our panel of 35,000 people is screened for the perfect candidates for each brand and piece of research

2. Onboarding

Details about the research are shared and expectations established, ensuring happy and engaged participants who are suited to the research

3. Research invitation

When the research is launched, a survey invitation is sent to the participant via WhatsApp, to be completed at a convenient time

4. Responding

Pressing 'Go' on the invitation message prompts the first survey question. A response to the question triggers the next question, and so on, until the survey is completed. 

5. High-quality answers

Each question is clearly worded and structed outlining what type of response is required - photo, text or video, ensuring that the participant can answer the questions fully and easily 

6. Regular reminders

Reminder messages are sent to the participant (if needed) to keept the survey top of mind and ensure timely completion.
