With the support of the Brand Jar team, the research problem or question that is going to be of most value to the brand is defined. The type of research to be carried out is chosen from Tracking, Innovation or Retail. 

Curated questions that will effectively explore and answer the research question are written with the support of the Brand Jar team. Ensuring that the question format is tailored to WhatsApp, survey(s) are then built and tested. 

A group of participants are selected from Brand Jar's panel, representing the brand's specific customer profile. They are approached about the research with expectations and requirements clearly outlined and onboarded accordingly. 

Surveys are distributed to participants via WhatsApp. Participants receive and invitation to begin the survey and the first question.  A response from the pariticpants triggers the next question and so on. Clients can see responses in real time in the Brand Jar platform.
